  • The pricing and process are designed with practicality and transparency in mind.

    Part of what makes this affordable (as compared to the hours you would otherwise spend) is that it is standardized. Bypassing negotiations is how we both save time and money.

  • Absolutely! We welcome your proposal, questions, feedback or ideas via contact us.

  • Most reports are completed within 3-4 weeks. You’ll receive an estimated delivery date once we receive your intake questionnaire. Factors affecting speed include volume and complexity.

  • Because this work is labor intensive from the start, we require 50% upfront and the remaining 50% on delivery.

  • We’re based in Minneapolis, MN, and work with organizations across the United States. So far, we’ve generated reports and worked with wonderful clients in California, Georgia, Michigan, Minnesota, and Texas.

  • Generally, between 8-20 high-quality funding leads are as many as an organization can take on in 1-2 years.

    More weaker leads would be an easier, but less useful, approach.

    So while we limit the primary results to 8-12 for the Advanced Package and 12-20 for the Comprehensive Package, we supplement with two additional categories:

    • Secondary leads, for funding opportunities that are currently an imperfect fit.

    • Honorable Mentions for funding opportunties that are not a fit–yet. Usually, an opportunity is placed on this list when a current obstacle (such as budget size requirements) could be overcome in the future.
